We're entrepreneurs who partner with small-business owners to grow what they've built. We bring two things: capital, and operators who work in the business alongside the founders — on the floor, not from a board seat. The aim is to take a business that already works and help it reach regional or national scale, without losing what made it work in the first place.

Our team is a small group of operators and investors. Across the group we bring 35+ years in investing at leading funds, 18+ years of military service — enlisted and officer — and a track record of building and scaling companies, organically and through acquisition.

Our model is to learn the business from the ground up, sweep the floors on day one if that's what it takes, and earn the right to help build something bigger.

We deliberately focus on small business — the local companies that employ nearly half of America's workforce and that depend on personal responsibility and relationships to get through each day. We're looking to partner with owners who want to keep building, but are open to those ready to move on in the right situations.
