We bring two things: capital, and operators who work in the business alongside the founders — on the floor, not from a board seat. The aim is to take a business that already works and help it reach regional or national scale.

Our team is a small group of operators who bring 10+ years of management consulting at leading firms, 18+ years of military service — enlisted and officer — and a track record of building and scaling companies, organically and through acquisition.

Our model is to learn the business from the ground up, help sweep the floors from day one, and earn the right to help build something bigger.

We deliberately focus on small business — the local companies that employ nearly half of America's workforce and that depend on personal responsibility and relationships to get through each day. We're looking to partner with owners who want to keep building, but are open to those ready to move on in the right situations.
